Having spent much of her career as a senior buyer for leading UK retailers including Waitrose & Partners and Fortnum & Mason, she brings deep, practical insight into how products succeed on shelf: From quality, provenance and sustainability to pricing, logistics and compliance. Lucy now works internationally with food and horticulture SMEs, helping them access UK and European markets through export readiness, buyer engagement and market intelligence. Her work bridges commercial reality with inclusive, sustainable global trade.
