Heidi is an established Food category manager with 24 years' experience in the grocery, chilled and dairy spaces within retail, wholesale and foodservice. Fresh from studying Business at Brighton University, Heidi quickly established an appetite for food procurement; supporting her suppliers and clients on their category development journeys. Latterly, Heidi supported Compass Group UK sector culinary teams to curate portfolios of key grocery ingredients. Heidi has a wealth of experience in supporting suppliers honing their products for success and working with well-established brands to deliver innovative concepts and recipes. Heidi also supports F&D Reviews as an panel expert.
