The Women in Food & Drink Awards are a chance to celebrate the women who quietly and consistently make our industry a better place to work. Women who lead with integrity, collaborate well and lift others as they go. Recognition like this matters. When we take the time to nominate and celebrate great work, we send a powerful message about the values we want to see more of in food and drink. I’d encourage people to put forward the women they admire, because by supporting and celebrating each other, we can drive positive change in the industry.
