APPLY TO JUDGE

We’re assembling a diverse, high-calibre panel of industry leaders to judge the inaugural Women in Food and Drink Awards. If you’re a passionate advocate for excellence and equity across the food and drink supply chain, we’d love to hear from you.

Diverse Representation:   We are committed to building a judging panel that reflects the full spectrum of the UK and Irish food and drink ecosystem. We welcome judges from varied backgrounds, geographies, and areas of expertise across all levels of the supply chain; from farming and manufacturing to retail, foodservice, and logistics. We especially encourage applications from underrepresented groups.

Relevant Industry Experience : Judges should be senior-level professionals (10+ years of experience) with expertise in their field. This includes production, retail, hospitality, logistics, innovation, sustainability, brand, buying, or strategic leadership.

Integrity & Impartiality:   To ensure fairness, judges must not be involved with or commercially tied to any entries they are scoring. All judges are required to act with independence, impartiality, and professional objectivity. Judges who have an affiliation with an entrant will not be assigned to judge that category.

Category Expertise: Judges will be carefully matched with award categories aligned to their knowledge and experience. You don’t need to know every aspect of the industry; just your corner of it.

DEI Advocacy: The Women in Food & Drink Awards places inclusion at the heart of its mission. Judges who have demonstrated leadership or advocacy in diversity, equity and inclusion are especially encouraged to apply.
