I’m really proud to support the Women in Food & Drink Awards because programmes like this play such an important role in recognising the amazing women driving our industry forward. There’s so much talent out there, and these awards give women the visibility they deserve while also creating role models for the next generation.
I’m passionate about nurturing talent and helping people reach their potential. I’ve worked as a mentor and coach to women in business and currently mentor on the Empowering Girls programme, supporting secondary school girls in rural areas to build confidence and aspiration. I’ve seen first-hand how guidance and recognition can make a real difference.
These awards don’t just celebrate achievement — they help build confidence, inspire others, and strengthen the industry. I’d encourage everyone to support the awards and nominate the brilliant women in their networks — that recognition can have a lasting impact.
